Surf, sand and ...COW EYE DISSECTION!
----With sincere apologies to our multitude of widespread fans, here is a delayed post written by Logan over 3 months ago!---- =) Aloha readers! Sorry I have not been updating. I miss all of you (Mr. Hought if you are there I don't sponge any more, I surf!) A few days ago our friend Jason, he is a nurse at Dad's work, took us on a surfing trip, this was my second lesson. Unfortunately I was sick and I sat on the beach for 2 hours, but Jason was nice and said we could go again. A few weeks ago, we dissected a cow eyeball with a lot of homeschool friends. It was really cool! I cut off the fat, took out the lens, looked at the optic nerve and fluid. I thought it was really awesome! Plus, last week for a home school fieldtrip we got to swim with dolphins at Dolphin Quest in the Waikoloa Hilton.
